In this role you will lead the enterprise platforms that power Dexcom’s customer engagement, order management, and service operations. You’ll partner with senior leaders to translate business needs into scalable tech solutions, ensuring secure, compliant, and integrated CRM, contact center, and OMS capabilities. You’ll drive a multi-year roadmap, govern data quality, and enable intelligent automation to enhance customer interactions and business outcomes. Responsibilities

  • Own end-to-end lifecycle management of Salesforce, Genesys, and Fluent OMS platforms
  • Define and execute a multi-year platform roadmap
  • Ensure reliable integrations and high-quality data flow with governance
  • Lead backlog prioritization, agile release planning, and monitor KPIs/SLAs
  • Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and budgets for platform solutions
  • Engage with senior stakeholders to identify opportunities and balance priorities
  • Ensure risk, security, and regulatory compliance (HIPAA, GDPR, Sunshine Act, GxP)
  • Drive adoption of AI-driven workflows and intelligent automation across CRM and contact center platforms

Key requirements

  • Hands-on experience with CRM, Contact Center, or OMS platforms (Salesforce, Genesys, Fluent OMS)
  • Proven track record leading high-visibility, cross-functional programs with measurable outcomes
  • Strong communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management
  • Demonstrated technical depth in architecture, configuration, and integration decisions
  • 13+ years of industry experience
  • 5-8 years of people management experience
  • Experience in regulated or high-availability environments (healthcare, medical device) preferred
