In this role you will lead SAP Operations as the Service Delivery Manager, overseeing on-premise SAP services and partner performance. You will drive service quality, financial governance, and contract maturity while coordinating with cross-functional teams to ensure system reliability and availability. You’ll manage transitions from projects to Managed Operations and contribute to renewals and new contracts, shaping how SAP services scale within the organization. You will work in a global, intercultural IT environment and influence improvements aligned with the SAP roadmap and business priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead service delivery for partner-delivered SAP operations, providing direction and performance management
Review service performance through reporting to ensure SLAs are met
Contribute to business recovery and continuity planning to maintain system availability and stability
Support extending and negotiating contracts, including renewals and new agreements
Manage contract financials: PO creation, invoice tracking, and forecasting
Ensure license compliance within contracts
Oversee transitions from projects to Managed Operations and coordinate large project handoffs
Plan funding and budgeting for new or extended services
Collaborate with Platform/Product teams on projects and major maintenance
Stay updated on SAP roadmap and propose service delivery improvements
Participate in chapter/cluster activities that affect suppliers broadly

Key requirements

12+ years SAP experience with at least 6 years in service delivery management
Deep knowledge of Application Managed Services (operations and finances)
Proven SAP functional experience in Supply Chain, Order Management, or Manufacturing
Experience with on-premise and cloud services, SAP RISE and RISE contract management
Contract management, negotiations, and financial budgeting experience
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Strong leadership, ability to manage multiple priorities and cross-team initiatives
Comfort with conflicting stakeholder interests including senior management
