In this role you will join the Maintenance Engineering group to boost equipment reliability and develop maintenance programs for industrial gear. You will analyze equipment performance, define maintenance strategies, and oversee capital projects for major repairs or replacements. You’ll leverage CMMS, Office 365, and Power BI to spot failure trends and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure maintainability and standards. This is a hands-on, impact-focused role with opportunities to drive uptime and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Document and update equipment drawings and specifications for modifications
Specify spare parts and coordinate with Central Stores for parts availability
Plan replacements of obsolete parts with Central Stores
Analyze emergency work orders to plan corrective actions
Participate in EWO meetings to identify root causes of downtime
Generate and update maintenance engineering reports and KPI dashboards
Collaborate with Suppliers to improve equipment uptime
Lead and execute improvement projects to eliminate root causes
Provide technical support during repairs and troubleshoot emergency issues
Provide procurement-ready technical specifications for new or repaired equipment
Design high-level improvements to reduce weak points using 3D CAD (for mechanical role)
Schedule and manage Maintenance Engineering Projects and CBM activities
Support maintenance operations and contractors during project execution
Be available for non-standard hours by phone or on-site when needed

Key requirements

Four years as an Engineer with responsibilities in equipment design or upkeep
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Proficient in English (written and verbal)
Proficient in CAD software
CMMS / ERP experience
