In this role you will support public and private sector clients through digital transformation journeys in healthcare and local government. You will work within the Consulting Practice to co-create innovative solutions, improving experiences for customers and employees and delivering differentiated services. You’ll tackle architecture design, process redesign, and governance initiatives within cross-functional teams. This opportunity lets you shape how complex systems create value at scale, contributing to transformative projects with real-world impact.

Responsibilities

Design IT architectures and IT frameworks (organizations and processes)
Conduct IT cost-benefits analyses in healthcare or public administration domains
Analyze and redesign healthcare or public sector processes
Perform market analysis to support partnerships for new services
Draft project documentation (technical and functional)
Participate in large digital transformation engagements with cross-functional teams
Contribute to project methodologies, tools, and workstep execution
Support client management and relationship building

Key requirements

Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
Min 5 years of experience in Management Consulting in Healthcare or Public Sector
Proven passion for the healthcare or public sector domain
Italian mother tongue and good English (spoken and written)
Good relational and analytical skills, proactivity, team-oriented mindset
Willingness to travel and focus on goals
