In this role you will drive the company’s financial performance by independently analyzing complex data and delivering actionable insights. You’ll partner with cross-functional and operational leaders to evaluate results, assess risks, and support strategic decision making, including Investor Relations communications. The position blends financial analysis with forecasting, reporting, and process improvement to enable informed strategic choices. You will contribute to investor-facing materials and monitor market developments to inform management discussions.

Responsibilities
- Lead preparation of daily, monthly, and quarterly financial reports with relevant insights
- Analyze actuals versus budget/forecast and identify performance drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Develop and maintain complex financial models and scenario analyses for planning and decision support
- Drive budgeting and monthly forecasting cycles with budget owners to improve accuracy
- Manage financial data flows from ERP systems, perform reconciliations, and resolve variances
- Support month-end close activities including accruals and complex reconciliations
- Provide analytical support for pricing strategy, business cases, and capital investments
- Maintain governance over financial processes aligning with accounting principles and controls
- Contribute to communications materials including scripts, presentations, Q&A prep, and financial messaging
- Track market and competitor developments from analyst reports and industry news
- Assist in investor targeting, tracking, and communications; engage in meetings with investors
- Maintain high ethical standards and provide fact-based financial insights, even when recommendations are unpopular
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or related field; advanced certifications or degree a plus
- 3+ years of finance or FP&A experience
- Strong ERP experience (Oracle/SAP) and financial reporting tools (OneStream/Hyperion)
- Strong understanding of financial statements, accounting principles, and planning processes
- Working knowledge of SOX, controls, and internal procedures
- Must be able to work 4 days onsite in Brea, CA
