As Senior Director of Product Management for Procurement, you will own the strategy and lifecycle of Gordian’s procurement portfolio, including JOC and ezIQC platforms, on the Gordian Cloud Platform. You will lead a team of PMs and POs, align roadmaps with GTM and revenue goals, and drive data-driven SaaS growth while leveraging FBS practices. You’ll collaborate across Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science, Sales, and Customer Success to deliver scalable, AI-enabled workflows. This is a high-impact role shaping how public sector, higher education, healthcare, and enterprise customers procure and manage construction projects.

Responsibilities

Own multi-year vision and strategic roadmap for Procurement product line.
Identify market trends, customer pain points, and regulatory changes across public sector, higher education, healthcare, and state/local government.
Drive data and workflow integration between planning, RSMeans data, and downstream procurement on Gordian Cloud Platform.
Balance modernization of legacy platforms with scalable cloud capabilities and AI-enabled workflows.
Lead and develop PMs/POs; define KPIs and outcome-based frameworks; foster ownership and continuous improvement.
Collaborate with Engineering, UX/UI, Data Science, and Revenue Operations to build a world-class product operating model.
Apply Fortive Business System tools (VOC, Breakthrough Planning, Kaizen) to accelerate velocity and quality; translate opportunities into prioritized backlogs and ROI cases.
Track SaaS metrics, customer retention, feature adoption, and margin expansion; align roadmaps with GTM strategies and business targets.
Engage with major clients, cooperative purchasing partners, and industry forums; support M&A evaluation and integration in ConTech/PropTech space.

Key requirements

12+ years in progressive product management in B2B SaaS
5+ years in a senior leadership role managing other PMs
Deep domain knowledge in Construction Tech/PropTech/Facilities Management, Capital Planning/Asset Lifecycle Management, or GovTech procurement
Proven ability to define portfolio-level strategy and defend investments to executives
Expertise in Agile, product-led growth, and Lean/CI methodologies
Strong financial acumen with experience in pricing, SaaS packaging, and margin management
Bachelor’s degree in CS/Engineering/Business; MBA or Master’s preferred
