In this role you will lead the Insights and Analytics agenda for the Neuropsychiatry/Women’s Health franchise, translating data into actionable guidance for commercial strategy. You’ll partner with franchise leadership, marketing, and cross-functional teams to shape brand decisions and forecast outcomes. Responsibilities

Lead and manage relationships with Franchise Leadership Team
Scope, lead, and deliver cross-functional insights projects (market research, forecasting, competitive intelligence, brand analytics, field analytics)
Provide high-quality ad hoc analyses with clear recommendations to leadership
Deliver actionable insights for short-term resource allocation and long-term strategy
Collaborate with Advanced Analytics and BIO teams to guide brand strategy and execution
Lead ICP and AOP for CD&I, delivering performance insights for strategy and investments
Foster cross-functional collaboration within MS Marketing and with Sales, Market Access, Medical, etc.
Manage insights spend and explore novel methodologies to improve efficiency and capabilities
Drive data-based decision making and innovation in analytics to impact performance and investment strategy

Key requirements

12+ years in life sciences, consulting preferred
Experience with neuropsychiatry/women’s health is preferred
Strong understanding of commercial datasets (IQVIA, Symphony, etc.) and Managed Care data
Management experience
Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative inputs into actionable insights
Executive-level communication and presence
