Responsibilities

Advise senior leaders on strategic HR matters across Global Operations
Lead large-scale transformation-related people strategies and organizational redesign
Drive workforce planning, leadership development, succession, and talent management
Champion change management and culture evolution to enable operational excellence
Oversee employee relations and ensure consistent HR practices across multiple sites
Directly lead and mentor a high-performing HRBP team
Collaborate with HR COEs to deliver integrated talent, reward, and organizational solutions
Leverage data and workforce insights to improve organizational performance

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree; Master’s degree preferred
≥12 years of progressive HR leadership experience; senior HRBP background
Strong background in Global Operations
Experience in pharma, generics, biotech or highly regulated industry preferred
Proven track record leading HR strategy through large-scale transformation
Experience in global, matrixed, multi-site organizations
Strong influencing skills and experience partnering with executives
Expertise in organizational design, talent strategy, workforce planning, and leadership development
