Responsibilities

Drive the Product Solutions Roadmap with 95%+ on-time releases
Directly support Ad Experience engineering teams (US: 15 engineers; Warsaw: 13 engineers)
Cultivate world-class engineering culture and best practices
Evolve technology to meet business needs and industry standards
Collaborate with Product Management for high-impact delivery
Engage with architects, SREs, and R&D to sustain high-quality platforms
Coordinate with partnering teams (including Korea) to clear obstacles and outcomes

Key requirements

Proven track record in building and launching digital ad platforms/products
Experience leading large-scale engineering teams with a structured, deliberate approach
14+ years in hiring, leading, and developing engineering teams in Ads or related spaces
CS/Engineering BS/MS/PhD or equivalent
Excellent verbal and written communication
Attention to detail and commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to work strategically and tactically with ambiguity
Strong awareness of ad tech trends and developments
Deep domain expertise in SSP/DSP platforms, real-time bidding, and ads measurement
