As Sr. Digital Marketing Specialist, you will own email marketing and marketing automation to accelerate pipeline and support customer expansion for the Clinical Effectiveness business. You will work with global stakeholders to deliver multichannel, personalized experiences that tie to revenue outcomes. You will manage end-to-end Marketo programs and contribute to ABM and digital advertising efforts across 6sense and LinkedIn Campaign Manager. This hybrid role combines hands-on execution with cross-functional collaboration to optimize campaigns and measure impact.

Responsibilities

  • Own the build, QA, and deployment of email programs, nurtures, triggered workflows, and operational campaigns in Adobe Marketo Engage
  • Create and manage Smart Lists, Smart Campaigns, tokens, snippets, A/B tests, and dynamic content to drive engagement and conversion
  • Maintain global email governance including naming conventions, folder structure, deliverability, GDPR/CCPA, and preference center best practices
  • Partner with stakeholders to translate campaign briefs into scalable Marketo programs aligned to audience strategy and lifecycle
  • Assist with ABM campaign setup and execution within 6sense, including audience creation, workflow management, and funnel-stage activation
  • Support LinkedIn and Meta ad execution with coordinated cross-channel orchestration
  • Build and execute end-to-end integrated programs linking ads, landing pages, web personalization, and email programs
  • Monitor campaign performance, provide insights dashboards, and recommend optimizations based on engagement, intent, and content performance
  • Implement structured A/B and multivariate testing across channels
  • Partner with Analytics, Content and Program teams for accurate tracking, attribution, and reporting
  • Develop scalable audience segmentation strategies and ensure brand, accessibility, and messaging consistency across geographies
  • Support budget tracking for digital advertising and ABM programs
  • Contribute to MarTech process improvement including documentation, QA, and templates

Key requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or comparable experience
  • 3–6 years in B2B digital marketing, demand generation, or marketing operations (Healthcare or enterprise SaaS preferred)
  • Hands-on experience with Adobe Marketo Engage (required)
  • 6sense or similar ABM/intent platforms
  • LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Meta advertising
  • Salesforce CRM
  • Web analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics 4, Adobe Analytics)
  • HTML/CSS editing is a plus
  • Adobe Marketo Engage Certification is a plus
  • Familiarity with global marketing operations and data privacy regulations beneficial
