In this role, you lead actuarial analysis for commercial kidney care programs, reviewing and modeling claims and membership data from external partners. You apply predictive models, study industry trends, and craft executive-level presentations. You will work closely with leadership to monitor program performance, support value-based contracting, and drive actuarial capability development. The position offers remote work and a direct impact on program optimization and financial performance.

Responsibilities
- Complete program financial and membership reconciliations and monitor developing program experience
- Analyze drivers of program performance and communicate results to leadership team and internal stakeholders
- Apply actuarial underwriting principles to value-based contracting efforts, including baseline and trend calculations
- Create internal performance benchmarks and assist in actuarial process and capability development
- Review and model medical claims and membership data from external partners
- Apply predictive models and research healthcare industry trends
- Develop executive-level presentations for leadership and stakeholders
- Other duties as assigned
Key requirements
- At least two (2) years of relevant actuarial experience
- Successful completion of 2-4 SOA examinations
- Experience with SQL, JSON
- Healthcare experience
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other applications
- Attention to detail
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Proven complex problem-solving and critical thinking skills
