As a Senior Account Director in Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio Advisory Group, you will guide one or more key client accounts to align real estate services with their strategic goals. You’ll oversee global portfolio understanding, Plan of Record management, and drive cost savings while supporting the client’s enterprise objectives. The role combines client relationship leadership, service delivery governance, and cross‑functional collaboration to elevate performance and expand wallet share. You will lead talent development and ensure disciplined contract and financial performance, contributing to the firm’s service and financial outcomes. This is a strategic, client‑facing leadership role.”

Responsibilities
- Manage financial and contract performance for one or more account teams
- Align real estate services with client business goals and strategies
- Set vision, strategy, and metrics for service lines
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships
- Implement and manage account governance
- Provide disciplined contract management for high‑quality delivery
- Contribute to service delivery strategies and respond to RFPs
- Identify new opportunities within the C&W platform and enhance service solutions
- Oversee risk mitigation and dispute resolution
- Lead and develop account talent in partnership with HR, including diversity and succession planning
- Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration (Finance, HR, Sourcing, Legal, GCI)
- Drive revenue, profitability, and cross‑selling efforts
- Ensure analytics and evidence‑based decision making
- Oversee transaction service delivery and related processes
- Coordinate client site visits, market tours, and data accuracy
- Oversee budgeting and revenue tracking for transactions
- Manage client rebate accounts
Key requirements
- Minimum of 10 years at Senior Management level
- Experience leading multi‑discipline teams
- Client, P&L and contract management experience
- Experience with high‑level, complex transaction management and contract compliance
- Technical domain knowledge in IFM, PDS, TM, LA, SCON
- Strong financial analysis skills
- Ability to interpret complex business documents
- MS Office proficiency (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Familiarity with real estate transaction documents (leases, subleases, SNDA, estoppel, etc.)
- Experience with Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx and/or ESRI is valuable but not required
