In this role you drive strategic real estate outcomes for major client accounts as part of Cushman & Wakefield’s Portfolio Advisory Group. You will align the client’s global portfolio with their business goals, oversee plans and governance, and lead a multi-disciplinary team to deliver value, cost savings, and growth. You work closely with cross-functional partners to optimize service delivery, risk management, and contract performance. This is an impact-focused opportunity to shape client strategies at scale in a dynamic advisory environment.

Responsibilities

  • Lead financial and contract performance for one or more account teams
  • Align real estate services with client business goals and strategies
  • Set vision, strategy, and performance metrics for relevant service lines
  • Develop and maintain client relationships and governance processes
  • Oversee risk management, dispute resolution, and contract compliance
  • Contribute to service delivery strategies, pricing, and RFP responses
  • Identify opportunities to enhance service solutions within the C&W platform
  • Manage account talent, succession planning, and diversity & inclusion initiatives
  • Drive revenue generation, P&L management, and cross-selling within accounts
  • Oversee transaction service delivery, negotiations, and data accuracy
  • Coordinate legal review of client documents and ensure state real estate standards
  • Oversee budgeting and revenue tracking for transactions
  • Lead field broker selection and client site tours

Key requirements

  • Minimum of 10 years at Senior Management level
  • Experience leading multi-discipline teams
  • Client, P&L and contract management experience
  • Experience with high-level, complex transaction management and contract management/compliance
  • Technical domain knowledge (IFM, PDS, TM, LA, SCON)
  • Strong MS Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Ability to read and interpret complex real estate documents
