As Sr. Account Director you drive strategic account leadership within Cushman & Wakefield’s Global Occupier Services, guiding client relationships and service delivery across multiple lines. You set account strategy, lead cross-functional teams, and ensure contractual and financial performance at scale. You will partner with a Fortune 5 client, translating vision into measurable outcomes while expanding services and strengthening executive partnerships. This role blends governance, analytics, and people leadership to sustain value-driven growth.

Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day client relationships across multiple regions and service lines (IFM, Project & Program Management, Transaction Management, Portfolio Administration, Portfolio & Workplace Strategy)
- Lead quarterly and annual business reviews with strategic recommendations and insights
- Oversee IFM service delivery at scale and ensure governance Frameworks with stakeholders
- Drive P&L management, profitability, and contract expansions/renewals
- Mentor and develop account teams, with focus on succession planning and DEI
- Identify cross-selling opportunities and lead service expansion initiatives
- Leverage data analytics to identify trends and drive operational improvements
- Collaborate with Finance, HR, Sourcing, Legal, Operations for aligned service delivery
- Coordinate global client communications and keep executives informed about high-profile client activity
- Champion technology and AI capabilities to enhance service delivery
Key requirements
- Minimum 10 years of management experience with direct team leadership
- Client, P&L, and contract management experience
- Experience managing integrated services accounts (IFM, PDS, TM, PA, Strategic Consulting)
- Strong analytical skills and financial acumen
- Ability to travel up to 20%
- Proficiency with MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
