Experteer Overview
In this role, you represent TEPEZZA to physicians and healthcare professionals, driving product utilization and managing accounts within a defined territory. You act as a disease-state expert, educating providers and coordinating cross-functional teams to ensure access, education, and patient support for rare-disease treatment. You will build strong relationships with clinicians, infusion centers, and care teams, while advancing territory goals and navigating reimbursement and access challenges. This position offers meaningful impact by expanding patient access and optimizing care through collaboration across organizations.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a territory business plan to achieve sales goals aligned with commercial strategy
- Promote TEPEZZA ethically within approved labeling and compliance guidelines
- Serve as disease expert and provide patient-centered education to healthcare professionals
- Build and manage relationships with physicians, nurses, office staff, case managers, infusion centers, and caregivers
- Coordinate cross-functional field teams to deliver integrated, account-specific solutions
- Identify and address patient access, reimbursement, and pull-through challenges with cross-functional teams
- Lead or support referral networks and site-of-care pathways for seamless patient initiation
- Engage with local/regional KOLs to expand therapeutic reach
- Provide field insights and market intelligence to inform strategy and planning
- Utilize promotional resources and digital engagement tools to maximize impact
- Represent the company at medical congresses and educational events
- Complete training and administrative responsibilities promptly and in compliance
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent with 3+ years in pharma/biotech/medical device or hospital sales; alternative paths with associate/high school diplomas are listed but not assumed as default
- Experience in pharmaceutical or medical device sales with cross-functional coordination
- Travel readiness (~80%) with some overnight/weekend commitments
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills
- Ability to educate on complex disease states and adapt messaging to diverse audiences
