You work with diverse stakeholders from product teams to C‑suite, shaping solutions that drive digital transformation. You lead POCs and articulate measurable value, while partnering with sales and engineering to ensure successful onboarding. You’ll contribute to a culture that values growth, inclusion, and customer impact, in a remote-first environment.

Responsibilities

Strategic advisory: guide the technical strategy for enterprise sales cycles across EMEA from discovery to close
Solution design: tailor demonstrations and narratives to align platform with business outcomes
POC execution: lead complex proofs-of-concept with clear success criteria and business value
Technical architecture: translate customer needs into scalable architectures and value propositions
Cross-functional partnership: collaborate with Account Executives and coordinate with Product/Engineering for onboarding
Market influence: support RFPs and relay customer feedback to influence the product roadmap

Key requirements

Proficiency in English and German; other European languages are a plus
4+ years in Enterprise Pre-Sales/Solutions Engineering in SaaS or software
Proven success supporting complex, multi-layered enterprise sales cycles
Stakeholder management across technical teams and C-suite executives
Hands-on experience with web technologies (JavaScript, HTML, CSS) and ROI-based solutioning
Excellent storytelling and presentation skills for diverse corporate environments
Willingness to travel 25-30% across EMEA
