Solutions Engineer

In this role, you act as a trusted technical advisor to customers during the design and development of end-to-end data solutions. You articulate Confluent’s technical positioning to diverse stakeholders and build strong relationships across the sales cycle. You stay current with Kafka open-source state and roadmap, guiding customers on fixes and workarounds. You collaborate with product and engineering to drive platform consumption and customer success. This is a hands-on, cross-functional role that shapes how real-time data moves for enterprises.
