In this role you help translate complex customer requirements into viable capital planning solutions using Gordian’s software and data platforms. You’ll drive discovery, workshops, and stakeholder interviews to document critical success factors, while managing multi-project engagements across the full software implementation lifecycle. Your work enables clients to optimize capital plans and ROI through data-driven processes and best practices. This is a remote US-based role with travel and a focus on customer success and solution delivery.

Responsibilities

Build long-term customer relationships and serve as the single point of contact for engagement management
Lead discovery, workshops, and interviews to map capital planning processes and success factors
Generate, manage, and communicate project plans, milestones, and risks to internal and external stakeholders
Develop and track goals, tasks, meetings, and contingency plans aligned to timelines and budgets
Assist clients in modifying processes to maximize ROI from Gordian products
Lead data migration projects including mapping, import, and error analysis
Create documentation for agendas, progress, action items, processes, and reports
Provide training on solution operation and capital planning processes
Establish a foundation for customer success post-engagement
Support presales activities to define needs, scope, and pricing
Identify change requests and opportunities to upsell resources/services
Maintain project adherence to Gordian’s standard project methodology
Leverage Fortive Business System tools to identify and resolve issues
Ensure proper billability and timely forecasting of revenue and resources
Aim for 70-80% billable hours and manage travel requirements as needed
Travel 25-40% for in-person customer visits
Ensure residency within 45 minutes of a major international airport

Key requirements

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in a relevant field
At least 3 years translating customer requirements into business solutions
Experience facilitating workshops and gathering requirements
Experience with software implementation lifecycle and client management
Proven ability to manage multiple clients and projects with timely delivery and budgeting
Strong data manipulation and analysis for migrations and reporting
Ability to balance multiple projects and manage calendar effectively
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Delivery-focused with a track record of meeting commitments
Problem-solving mindset with proactive, solution-oriented approach
Relo/availability for travel (as per travel requirement)
Experience in pre-sales activities is a plus
