Experteer Overview
As a Solutions Consultant, you enable client value through expert product guidance and tailored demonstrations of Movable Ink’s Visual Experience Platform. You’ll work with top brands, translating business goals into technical solutions and onboarding success. You’ll partner with Sales and Client Experience, delivering compelling proposals and supporting go-to-market initiatives. Travel to client sites may be required. You will receive training and contribute to high-impact presentations and prototypes that prove ROI.

Responsibilities
- Act as platform and email industry expert to guide client strategy
- Align Movable Ink solutions with customer goals and technical requirements
- Lead gathering, validation, and QA of technical onboarding requirements
- Develop and present customized demonstrations and prototypes showing business value
- Present architectural overviews to technical and executive audiences
- Help clients achieve significant ROI from the Movable Ink platform
- Enable scale of knowledge sharing across the Go-To-Market team
- Execute high-fidelity mock-ups in Photoshop for key meetings
- Represent GTM for Enterprise AI product, handling technical requirements and positioning
Key requirements
- 3+ years of consultative technical experience in pre-sales or professional services
- Proficiency coding advanced HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Strong understanding of interactive marketing processes and enterprise sales methodologies
- Experience with marketing campaign execution and technical integrations
- Familiarity with Salesforce, Zendesk, or equivalent enterprise platforms
- Proven experience delivering high-impact presentations to senior stakeholders
- Experience with Web Services and APIs integration techniques
- Basic to intermediate PowerPoint, Excel, and Photoshop skills
- Interest in machine learning and AI applications in marketing
