As a Solutions Consultant, you will work with the Netherlands sales and account teams to build and present software demonstrations from the KCS portfolio, translating customer requirements into compelling business value. You will participate in workshops and discovery sessions to understand client needs and document outcomes. Your role bridges Sales, PSG, Support and Development to tailor propositions and ensure demonstrations reflect live trading environments. You will keep demonstration data current and help adopt new features with product teams. This is a collaborative, cross-functional role at Klipboard that drives customer engagement and solution fit.

Responsibilities

Collaborate with Sales and Solution Consultancy teams to build demonstrations, presentations, webinars, and documentation; enhance core demonstration capabilities
Attend workshops and discovery sessions to capture business requirements and document outcomes
Create and present software demos showing how KCS solutions meet customer needs and deliver business value
Coordinate with PSG, Support and Development to craft customer propositions and implement suitable solutions
Document all requirements, information gathered, and demonstrations for handover to PSG and other teams
Incorporate latest developments into demonstrations and coordinate with product teams to showcase new features
Maintain and upgrade core demonstration data to reflect a live trading environment

Key requirements

Ability to translate business processes into compelling presentations and demos
Dutch & English language proficiency; excellent written, verbal communication and presentation skills
Strong interpersonal skills to engage diverse stakeholders from CEO to warehouse staff
Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and work autonomously or within teams
Adaptability, conscientiousness, initiative, and collaboration with Solution Consultancy and sales teams
