Responsibilities

Partner with customers to understand goals, environments, and requirements through discovery and workshops
Translate needs into scalable, innovative, sustainable solution recommendations
Design end-to-end software solutions that integrate with customer systems and ecosystems
Lead requirements gathering, business process analysis, and solution documentation for enterprise software
Architect and support API-based integrations between business applications and data environments
Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Operations, and implementation teams to drive adoption
Serve as trusted advisor balancing technical, operational, and business needs to guide outcomes
Develop architecture diagrams, technical specifications, and implementation artifacts
Contribute to architecture standards, governance, and continuous improvement
Foster an inclusive, agile environment with knowledge sharing and continuous learning
Support digital transformation initiatives aligning solutions with customer strategies
Ensure solution quality and customer satisfaction from design to implementation

Key requirements

5-7 years of experience designing, implementing, supporting, or architecting complex enterprise software solutions
Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
Strong foundation in software architecture, systems integration, enterprise applications, cloud technologies, or related implementation
Experience gathering and translating business and technical requirements into designs
Ability to build authentic relationships with customers and teams
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to develop practical, scalable solutions
Excellent written, verbal, facilitation, and presentation skills for technical and non-technical audiences
Experience creating solution architecture documentation, workflows, and implementation plans
Ability to manage competing priorities and work independently in a cross-functional, agile environment
