As a Solution Designer, you shape end-to-end concepts and manage processes for energy supply services, coordinating with departments and IT to implement solutions. You select service providers, liaise with distribution system operators and stakeholders, and serve as the escalation point for complex issues. You will help migrate from SAP ISU to SAP S/4HANA, applying data-driven analysis to inform decisions and improvements. This role blends business knowledge with IT architecture to deliver impactful energy-management solutions.

Responsibilities

Develop complex solutions for virtual or physical products/services in collaboration with specialist teams and IT
Evaluate business models and integration options, manage requirements engineering in complex projects
Analyse and design requirements holistically for technology implementations
Coordinate requirements for technical products/services and ensure solution delivery
Maintain relationships with stakeholders and provide advisory support with technical and process expertise
Manage strategically oriented projects, including effective project governance and delivery
Lead migration efforts from SAP ISU to SAP S/4HANA
Act as the last escalation point for problems and ensure data-driven decision support

Key requirements

Very good experience in both classic and agile collaboration formats
Extensive experience in managing strategically oriented projects
Multiple years of experience in corporate or IT architecture management
Proven track record in specifying IT solutions in complex landscapes (ideally SAP R/3 or S4/HANA)
In-depth knowledge of GPKE, WIM and MABIS processes and market communication for supplier and metering point operator roles
Comprehensive knowledge of the electricity market landscape, technology, and competitors
This position is available part-time
