As a PreFab Solution Architect, you drive high-complexity data center solutions using Schneider’s modular prefabricated data center offerings. You work with Sales to translate customer needs into validated architectures, proving architectural and integration benefits. You liaise with cross-functional teams to tailor TVDAs and respond to RFQs, ensuring compliant, optimized designs. Your role combines deep technical leadership with trusted advisory to win opportunities and shape scalable, sustainable data center solutions.

Responsibilities

Analyze customer processes and decision criteria to propose the best modular data center solution
Collaborate with Sales to deliver differentiating value across Schneider's product portfolio
Define, customize, and document TVDA architectures to meet customer requirements
Support RFQ reviews, compliance, deviations, and exception lists
Translate RFQs into viable technical solutions and provide complex technical design for proposals
Coordinate with business units during tendering and present recommended solutions to clients
Maintain up-to-date technical knowledge and communicate architectures and integration strategies
Coordinate communications among stakeholders including customers, Schneider entities, and factories

Key requirements

Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Electrical engineering preferred
Three years of data center industry experience including power, cooling, and mechanical/electrical installations
Uptime and/or Data Center Dynamics certification or equivalent knowledge
Customer-facing experience preferred
Strong organizational and service skills, excellent written and verbal communication
Proactive, autonomous, and able to work across time zones and cultures
Knowledge of Schneider Electric products and applications (UPS, LV panels, MV equipment, cooling)
Familiar with BIM tools (REVIT) and SE Design Portal; basic computer tools at user level
English fluency
