Experteer Overview

In this role you will implement the SMS chat channel for Zoom Contact Center and shape its technical foundation. You will work with PM/UX to refine tasks and provide engineering feedback, design database and system architecture, and build backend API tests. You will troubleshoot production issues and implement enhancements, plus deliver scheduled callback features and a robust service monitoring system. Responsibilities

Implement the SMS chat channel for Zoom Contact Center
Assess tasks from PM/UX and provide technical feedback
Perform database and architecture design
Implement test scripts for backend API
Troubleshoot production issues and implement fixes/enhancements
Implement scheduled callback features
Design and implement service monitoring system

Key requirements

Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
1 year of experience in the offered role or related occupation
1 year of experience in Core Java; Java Spring Boot; AWS; RESTful API; Microservice Framework; Kubernetes; Database SQL; Python
