In this Senior Software Developer role, you’ll support DoD Red Team assessments and build solutions for national security needs. You will work within a DoD-focused team to deliver practical, targeted software capabilities that inform risk management and mission assurance. The position blends offensive security work with software development, influencing both defense operations and cyber investigations. Responsibilities

Engage in host-based and network forensics, cyber incident response, and cyber-criminal investigations
Design countermeasures and mitigations against weaknesses and vulnerabilities in programming languages
Contribute to cyber red teaming, network penetration testing, and security operations center analysis
Develop malware analysis, reverse engineering, and exploit-focused capabilities for Windows environments
Support defensive and offensive cyber operations and related assessment activities
Collaborate in an agile/scrum environment to deliver actionable security solutions

Key requirements

5+ years of related experience
Offensive Security Experienced Pentester (OSEP), Advanced Windows Exploitation (OSEE), GXPN, GREM
TS/SCI clearance and US citizenship
Proficiency in offensive capability development for Windows (C, C#, BOFs) and WiFi exploitation
Experience in cyber-enabling close access network operations
Agile/scrum experience
Ability to obtain security clearances and pass required aptitude tests
