In this role you help shape high-tech software for challenging projects in the Brainport region, collaborating with cross-functional teams on operating equipment, image and data analysis, and process management. You bridge architects and engineers, own a module through the full development cycle, and coach a team of engineers. You work from Eindhoven and at client sites, embracing a hands-on, impact-focused product mindset. This is a growth-driven, technically ambitious environment with meaningful, real-world applications.
Compensation / Benefits

Responsibilities
- Translate requirements into innovative concepts during the design phase
- Act as a technical bridge between architects and engineers
- Take ownership of a software module/sub-system across the development cycle
- Guide and coach (senior) engineers to deliver high-quality software
Key requirements
- Bachelor or Master in Computer Science
- 7+ years of technical software development experience across roles/environments
- Last 4–5 years in Semicon, Medical, or Analytical domains
- Experience with at least two of: C#, C++, JAVA
- Knowledge of Design Patterns, UML, Agile
- Willingness to coach juniors (advantage)
- Team player with goal-oriented mindset
