Responsibilities

Software definition & deployment: roll out software tools across the Nordic organization and align portfolio with partner needs
Sales & customer support: provide subject-matter expertise to internal teams and channel partners
Training & enablement: develop and deliver training materials and ensure adoption of tools across markets
Market feedback: collect requirements and feedback to inform software development and deployment

Key requirements

International and Nordic-wide work capability
Understanding of design/planning/building processes and related software tools
Ability to form a clear picture of technical concepts and workflows
Strong communication and presentation skills
Experience collaborating with internal teams, customers, and partners
Not required to be highly technical but able to guide others on processes and tools
Proficiency in English
Other Nordic languages are a bonus
