In this role you will own automated test development and execution to ensure high-quality software across Apple platforms. You will work within Software Localization & Release Engineering to advance testing with GenAI capabilities and robust test strategies. You’ll apply Swift for iOS/macOS development and leverage XCTest to shape comprehensive automation workflows. The role emphasizes cross-functional collaboration, quality impact, and applying localization and accessibility testing best practices. This is an opportunity to drive reliable, scalable testing at product scale and contribute to a mission-critical testing ecosystem.

Responsibilities

Own development and execution of automated test suites
Leverage GenAI technologies to enhance automation testing capabilities
Contribute to overall software quality through testing strategy and execution
Design and implement automated testing workflows using Swift and XCTest
Apply localization/internationalization and accessibility testing best practices
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate testing into release processes

Key requirements

Proficiency in Swift and iOS/macOS application development
Hands-on experience with XCTest framework
Experience in designing comprehensive test strategies
Professional software automation testing experience
GenAI/LLMs for test automation experience (plus)
Knowledge of localization and internationalization testing
Strong problem-solving and debugging skills
Strong communication and collaboration skills
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related technical field
Experience with ML model training or fine-tuning (a plus)
