Responsibilities

Define and evolve end-to-end software architectures across frontend, backend, integrations, and platform domains
Support development teams in architectural decisions balancing business needs, quality, and maintainability
Contribute hands-on to solution design, prototyping, and critical implementations
Drive continuous improvements in scalability, modularity, and software quality
Coach and mentor engineers to strengthen technical craftsmanship and architectural thinking
Collaborate with Product Management, UX, Data, and Platform teams to deliver customer value
Explore AI-powered engineering to improve software development practices

Key requirements

Extensive experience as Software Architect, Lead Engineer, or Senior Software Engineer with architectural responsibilities
Broad understanding of frontend, backend, APIs, cloud platforms, and DevOps practices
Experience designing scalable and maintainable architectures in complex environments
Ability to balance innovation with technical constraints and business priorities
Strong communication and stakeholder management within multidisciplinary Agile environments
Experience with technologies such as .NET, distributed systems, cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and modern frontend frameworks
