In this role you will capture authentic, unscripted moments with TensorWave’s leadership and team at events and in-house. You’ll rapidly shoot and edit short-form content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts to drive visibility and humanize the brand. Expect fast turnarounds from conferences to daily recaps, and a steady stream of original ideas that don’t require heavy production. You’ll work closely with founders and engineers to tell compelling AI and infrastructure stories that resonate.

Responsibilities

  • Follow founders, executives, and key team members to capture authentic, unscripted content
  • Shoot and edit short-form content for LinkedIn, X, Instagram Reels, and YouTube Shorts with quick turnaround
  • Cover conferences and events with same-day or next-day recap content
  • Develop a consistent posting rhythm that keeps TensorWave visible and human
  • Pitch and capture original content ideas that don’t require a full production lift

Key requirements

  • 2+ years creating short-form content for a brand, media company, or as an independent creator
  • Comfortable shooting on both iPhone and a mirrorless camera
  • Fast editor: CapCut, Descript, Premiere, or mixture/equivalent
  • Strong instincts for storytelling and what makes someone stop scrolling
  • Able to work quickly and independently in fast-moving environments
  • Comfortable and professional around executives and talent
