This is a hands-on, on-site role with a strong focus on customer satisfaction and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

Apply quality systems knowledge (IATF, APQP, PPAP) to meet current and future customer requirements.
Lead containment activities and manage corrective action systems for rapid issue resolution.
Support and lead change management for current products and VPI, ensuring KPIs are met via data analysis and validation.
Conduct and support quality audits to sustain compliance and drive continuous improvement.
Serve as a technical quality resource and mentor team members in quality practices and problem-solving.
Lead continuous improvement initiatives using lean, 7-step problem solving, and IQTM tools with cross-functional partners.
Demonstrate working knowledge of AIAG core tools to support structured quality planning.
Lead or support Safe Launch activities during VPI and maintain strong on-site engagement with operations.
Maintain and optimize the Quality Management System to ensure consistent product and service delivery.

Key requirements

Knowledge of IATF, APQP, PPAP to ensure products and processes meet requirements.
3–5 years of experience in manufacturing, engineering or program management in automotive or similarly regulated industries; minimum 2 years in manufacturing or quality.
On-site work requirement; strong stakeholder engagement and problem-solving abilities.
