In this role, you will lead regional growth by shaping market strategy and expanding Schneider Electric’s service offerings. You’ll work across internal teams and external stakeholders to increase visibility, build long-term partnerships, and drive recurring, digital, and strategic services. You will manage the pipeline with rigor, forecast effectively, and coordinate cross-BU solutions. This position offers meaningful impact in a matrixed environment, with a clear focus on customer value and sustainable growth.

Responsibilities
- Develop and execute regional market strategy to grow the segment business
- Build and nurture partnerships with key customers and stakeholders
- Differentiate Schneider Electric specifications in the market and influence buying decisions
- Engage high-level decision-makers and collaborate with Technical Competency Center
- Manage regional channel partners and evaluate their fit within the strategy
- Oversee pipeline management, forecasting, and sales cadence using CRM tools
- Lead bid stages and support client decisions with service positioning
- Prioritize recurring and digital services and drive renewals across lifecycle stages
Key requirements
- Minimum 3 years of commercial sales experience with proven success
- Must live in the region/market served
- 75% customer-facing time expected
- Valid U.S. driver’s license
- Proficiency with digital tools and CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce)
- Regional travel 25%–50%
