In this role you will lead ServiceNow development to design and deliver business process solutions within a government-grade platform. You’ll work on Agile teams to customize, deploy, and maintain ServiceNow apps, UI, and workflows that support mission-critical objectives. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional peers, ensure security and certification readiness, and drive reliable service delivery. This position offers hands-on impact, on-site collaboration in Chantilly, and opportunities to grow technical and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

Lead development of ServiceNow-based business processes using best practices
Customize ServiceNow apps and rollout new customization
Design and create application tables within ServiceNow
Customize UI and workflow; deliver services via service portal
Develop solutions using web technologies (HTML, CSS, JavaScript, AngularJS)
Participate in daily SCRUM and Agile ceremonies
Analyze requirements, estimate effort, craft designs, implement solutions
Support requirements definition, testing, and system certifications including security
Investigate issues and collaborate to resolve them quickly
Develop reports and maintain ServiceNow environment (upgrades/releases)
