As Global Serialization Alert Manager, you lead the end-to-end serialization alert program, setting the governance framework and driving timely, compliant resolution across markets. You collaborate with local teams to diagnose root causes, guide corrective actions, and monitor performance metrics. You continuously improve alert processes, reporting, and system capabilities to meet evolving regulatory obligations. This role offers impact by shaping cross-market governance and enhancing end-to-end traceability compliance.
Responsibilities
- Own and govern global serialization alert management with defined SLAs and escalation paths
- Standardize cross-regional alert handling while respecting market-specific regulations
- Coordinate with local teams to diagnose root causes and track closure of alerts
- Provide training, documentation and issue resolution support to local markets
- Drive continuous improvement to reduce alert volumes and speed up resolutions
- Ensure alignment of alert processes with serialization and traceability regulations
- Liaise with compliance, regulatory partners and industry bodies on evolving requirements
- Support audits and inspections with documentation and evidence logs
- Work with IT, system owners, and external providers to enhance alert functionality and automation
- Support onboarding of new markets, products, or partners by defining alert handling requirements
Key requirements
- 3–5 years in serialization management role
- Deep understanding of traceability standards and market-specific obligations
