As Technical SEO Lead you will own the health and structure of Fever’s large transactional ecosystems, partnering with Product, Engineering and Data teams to boost organic visibility. You’ll optimize information architecture, crawl/indexing, and Core Web Vitals while leveraging log analysis and advanced data tools. You’ll execute experiments to improve traffic and rankings across traditional search and emerging AI/LLM/geo platforms. This role sits at the intersection of strategy, tech, and cross-functional collaboration to drive measurable organic growth.

Responsibilities
- Own technical SEO for Fever’s transactional ecosystems (feverup.com and white-label sites) reporting to the SEO Manager
- Analyze and optimize information architecture
- Apply and improve technical SEO skills (crawling, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, HTML/CSS, CDN performance, APIs automation)
- Ensure optimal bot accessibility for traditional search engines and LLMs
- Stay updated on latest search industry changes and adapt sites accordingly
- Monitor success KPIs with dashboards and alerting (ELK, BigQuery, Splunk or similar)
- Collaborate with Data, Product and Systems to execute the technical roadmap
- Design, implement and iterate experiments to increase traffic and rankings
- Audit and measure engineering changes to prevent visibility losses on search ecosystems
Key requirements
- Proven technical SEO experience on high-traffic websites (7+ years)
- Experience with international sites and local market adaptation
- Self-managed, proactive attitude
- Data-driven with strong analytics and metrics understanding
- Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to SEO and automation
- Knowledge of search ranking factors including emerging LLM-powered ecosystems (RAG, citations, query fan-out)
- Knowledge of HTML, JavaScript and CSS
- Familiar with industry-standard & enterprise SEO software
- Up-to-date with current SEO practices and changes
- Strong ownership, initiative, and teamwork
- Excellent Spanish & English written and oral communication skills
