As Technical SEO Lead you drive the technical health and architecture of Fever’s transactional ecosystems to maximize visibility across traditional search, AI-driven platforms, and international markets. You collaborate with Product, Engineering, Data and Marketing to deliver measurable organic growth, using data-driven experimentation and advanced tech to optimize information architecture and performance. You lead with hands-on leadership, shaping SEO strategy, and ensuring scalable, compliant, high-quality search experiences. This role offers impact at scale within a globally distributed, innovation-driven team.

Responsibilities

Own technical SEO for Fever’s transactional ecosystems (feverup.com and white-label sites)
Define and optimize information architecture and site structure
Apply advanced technical skills: crawling, indexing, structured data, Core Web Vitals, HTML/CSS, CDN performance, APIs automation
Ensure robust bot accessibility for traditional search and LLM/GEO platforms
Stay current with SEO/GE0/AI trends and implement quick adaptations
Monitor performance, establish KPIs, and build dashboards with ELK/BigQuery/Splunk or similar
Collaborate with Data, Product and Systems to execute the technical roadmap
Design and run experiments to increase traffic and rankings
Audit engineering changes to prevent visibility losses on search ecosystems

Key requirements

Proven experience as a technical SEO for ecommerce or similar (min 7 years) with high-traffic sites
Experience with international sites and adapting global SEO strategy to local markets
Proactive, independent, data-driven with analytics mindset
Hands-on experience applying AI/LLMs to SEO and automation
Strong knowledge of search ranking factors and emergent LLM-powered ecosystems
Knowledge of HTML, JS and CSS
Familiar with industry-standard and enterprise SEO software
Up-to-date with current SEO practices
Strong ownership, initiative, and teamwork
Excellent Spanish and English written and oral communication skills
