You’ll lead audits, keyword research, and competitive analyses, translating insights into actionable recommendations. The role blends strategic thinking with client-facing delivery to expand our SEO offerings and demonstrate measurable impact. Responsibilities

Assist with international SEO/performance service growth through client pitches and strategic proposals
Mentor junior team members in client services and production
Lead research and strategy (audits, keyword research, content gaps) and present findings to seniors and clients
Oversee multiregional strategy execution with global production teams and stakeholders
Own performance monitoring and monthly KPI/ROI reporting with data analysts
Identify and integrate best tools and templates into SEO workflows
Stay current on SEO trends and share insights with colleagues and clients
Handle additional tasks as assigned by management

Key requirements

Superior written and spoken English
Independent, self-motivated, results-oriented with attention to detail
Strong problem solving and critical thinking
Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines
Multitasking in a fast-paced, cross-cultural environment; build relationships; work both independently and in teams
Willingness to travel to offsite client or sales meetings
Confident in strategic recommendations and client-facing communications
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
