Senior Vice President or Managing Director, Global Private Debt

In this role you will lead origination and underwriting for middle market private equity-backed lending within Oaktree’s global credit platform. You will source, structure, and price direct lending transactions and oversee negotiations of credit agreements, while monitoring investment performance. You’ll collaborate with external partners and internal teams to drive deal flow and secure approvals from the investment committee. This is a senior, client-facing role that shapes the strategy and execution of private debt solutions for sponsor-owned businesses.
