Responsibilities

Focus on the customer by conducting and translating user research to reveal why users behave as they do
Create clear, forward-looking design concepts that meet customer and business needs
Define and refine user characteristics, environments, and market expectations to support intuitive experiences
Collaborate closely with Engineering, Product, Design, Scrum, and Quality to specify requirements and deliver coherent digital experiences
Advocate for tactility, accessibility, and design excellence across the lifecycle, and measure outcomes post-release

Key requirements

Strong communicator with excellent presentation skills and ability to advocate for ideas across cross-functional teams
Product leadership with holistic thinking about a feature within the Hudl suite
Iterative prototyping skills using low- and high-fidelity tools and wireframing
Problem-solver capable of addressing complex design challenges under technical and business constraints
Strong organizational skills with planning for design and research scope using Hudl design system (Uniform)
Technical proficiency with modern component-based design software (e.g., Figma, Adobe Creative Suite) and collaboration tools (e.g., Miro)
Robust portfolio showcasing UX design work (flows, wireframes, prototypes, final designs)
