In this role you will support daily treasury operations and liquidity management within a small, collaborative Treasury team. You’ll optimize cash flow, manage bank accounts, and help ensure accurate reporting and internal controls. You’ll work with cross-functional partners on treasury projects, including automation with Kyriba, FX tracking, and SOX compliance. The position offers hands-on exposure to treasury processes across a global store portfolio and opportunities to contribute to efficiency and risk management.

Responsibilities
- Maintain daily cash position and forecast
- Manage excess cash and investments per policy
- Oversee share repurchase schedules
- Execute core treasury tasks (wire transfers, month-end close)
- Administer bank account structures and signatory records
- Manage online banking access and security
- Support automation and internal controls via Kyriba
- Support global store banking needs and depository services
- Assist with audit/SOX schedules and treasury KPIs
- Monitor FX exposures and assist cash repatriation initiatives
- Document processes and drive treasury efficiency
- Back up team members as needed
Key requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Treasury or Finance (strongly preferred)
- 5+ years finance experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word, Outlook)
- Prior experience with Kyriba Treasury Management System (strongly desired)
- Knowledge of Oracle and Essbase a plus
- Quantitative and analytical skills with a bias for action
- Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work independently
- Strong collaboration, communication, and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to work onsite in San Francisco, Monday–Thursday (Friday optional)
