Responsibilities

Design and lead hardware-to-cloud test strategies for safety-critical access control devices
Develop and maintain hardware-in-the-loop (HIL) automation frameworks across driver, middleware, and application layers
Debug complex issues using oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, and protocol sniffers
Validate and stress-test RS-485, Ethernet/IP, BLE, NFC, and UWB communications
Test network stacks, TLS/X.509 handling, and data integrity across deployment environments
Mentor junior engineers and promote testability in product design (DFT/DFM)

Key requirements

7+ years in firmware development, embedded systems engineering, or firmware validation
Bachelors in Electrical/Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; Master’s preferred
Expert Python for scalable test automation
Strong C/C++ skills, RTOS knowledge, and interrupt/memory management understanding
Hands-on experience with hardware lab tools (oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, multimeters)
Experience with HIL testing and wired/wireless interfaces (RS-485, UART, I2C, SPI, TCP/IP)
