In this role you drive end-to-end data center expansion programs across EMEA, coordinating cross-functional teams to deliver capacity for customers. You will liaise with Real Estate, Energy, Design Engineering, Procurement, Construction, and Operations to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery. The role focuses on turning large, complex projects into manageable workstreams and resolving risks through strong leadership and communication. You will operate at the intersection of strategy and delivery, shaping build plans and handovers to operations. Responsibilities

Break down large, complex projects into manageable workstreams
Communicate goals, roles, and expected outcomes to cross-functional and remote teams
Lead end-to-end program delivery from pre-contract design to operations handover for data centers in EMEA
Coordinate interfaces between internal teams and external contractors to ensure on-time, on-budget delivery
Develop and maintain delivery programs and project budgets; submit capital requests to leadership
Collaborate with Capacity Planning, Energy, and Real Estate to shape short- and long-term build strategies
Drive process improvements and share lessons learned across delivery teams
Provide regular status updates on project metrics to senior leadership

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a related technical field
Experience in program or project management
Experience related to design or construction of data centers or critical infrastructure or large-scale mechanical and electrical plants
Experience managing large-scale projects end-to-end
Preferred: PMP or equivalent certification
Preferred: experience leading technically complex programs and working with multiple stakeholders
