In this Senior Tech Lead role within Tech4Engineering, you will shape and execute the IT delivery strategy for the Consumer Interaction area, guiding cross-functional teams through transformation to standardized, high-quality services. Compensation / Benefits
- Gross monthly salary scale 11: 6475–9250
- Thirteenth month salary

Responsibilities
- Define and execute IT delivery strategy for Consumer Interaction
- Co-create IT vision for Tech4Engineering in collaboration with Consumer Interaction
- Navigate complex stakeholder landscapes across levels
- Guide teams through Nexa Service Store process and MSS adoption
- Drive operational transformation, improve work item management and portfolio oversight
- Advance S@S/DevOps maturity and align with daily operations
- Stand in for manager for quarterly business continuity and 24x7 delivery
- Proactively manage IT risks and uphold security standards
- Oversee budgets, deployment efficiency, and vendor/partner management
- Lead transition to empowered, high-performing teams and upskill staff
- Collaborate with Area Lead and Business Architect to prioritize roadmaps and deliver value
- Ensure service offerings are standardized, compliant, and user-friendly
- Provide HR-related support for Scrum Masters and DevOps Engineers
- Be the main IT delivery expert within the area triangle
Key requirements
- At least 10 years of experience in similar IT leadership roles
- Strong technical expertise in software development, security, and performance
- Proven experience with agile methodologies and scaled Agile environments
- Banking sector experience or familiarity with risk and compliance in regulated industries (plus)
- Self-starter with ownership mindset and experience hiring engineers
- Strong influencing, stakeholder management, and people-development skills
- Academic working and thinking level
- Proficiency in Dutch and English at business level
- Experience with DevOps teams, MSS, and service onboarding processes
- Experience with offshore/nearshore development
- Ability to shape IT strategy within a complex organization
- Ability to balance business interests with risk and compliance requirements
