As a Senior Strategy & Operations Consultant in our Life Sciences team, you will help multinational clients shape opportunity scope, design access and commercial strategies, and transform operating models for value creation. You’ll work on decision-support analyses, market access and pricing topics, and organizational change across global projects. You’ll collaborate with cross-functional teams and deliver insights that drive product penetration and business impact. Responsibilities

Structuring and supervising executing projects
Team & Client Management
Competitive analysis (benchmark)
Information search, analysis and synthesis
Quantitative and qualitative analyses
Preparation of project deliverables and required documentation
Participation in project management
Preparation of presentations to senior management
Knowledge development

Key requirements

3–4 years in consulting (at least 2 in business consulting or similar) including project and team management
General knowledge of the Life Sciences sector
University education
Proficiency in Spanish and English; other languages a plus
Analytical and problem-solving skills
Ability to communicate with high-level clients
Proactivity and continuous improvement mindset
