In this role you will lead strategic marketing procurement for EchoStar’s Retail Wireless Boost Marketing team, turning spend data into actionable sourcing advantages. You will own the full lifecycle of complex marketing contracts and partner with Legal and Finance to align with organizational OKRs. You will balance speed-to-market with long-term contract health, presenting data-driven supplier recommendations to executives. You will enable proactive, AI-assisted procurement planning to standardize processes as the business scales. This is a transformative role shaping cost, risk, and supplier relationships in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Bridge creative marketing vision with financial and supply chain discipline
Build high-impact sourcing strategies and negotiate contracts
Transform raw spend data into strategic insights for decision-making
Lead the full lifecycle of complex marketing contracts
Present data-backed supplier recommendations to executives
Standardize sourcing processes to ensure compliance and ethics
Leverage AI-driven procurement tools to shift from reactive to proactive purchasing

Key requirements

Bachelor's degree in relevant field
7+ years of progressive experience in supply chain or strategic sourcing
Experience executing complex RFX (RFP/RFQ/RFI) events
Strategic contract negotiation and drafting
Managing marketing-specific vendor categories
Proven ability to influence C-suite stakeholders
Strong ethical sourcing and results-oriented mindset
MBA or related field preferred
