In this role you will shape the marketing spend strategy for EchoStar’s Retail Wireless Boost arm. You will lead complex marketing sourcing, from RFPs to contract lifecycle, aligning supplier choices with company OKRs and legal/finance standards. You’ll transform spend data into actionable insights, driving cost optimization and faster time-to-market. Your work will bridge marketing needs with procurement discipline, empowering cross-functional teams and shaping vendor partnerships at scale.

Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end marketing sourcing across agency, media, and creative services
- Manage complex RFX/RFQ events and strategic contract negotiations
- Collaborate with Business Units, Legal, and Finance to ensure strategic alignment with OKRs
- Standardize sourcing processes for compliance and ethics across the enterprise
- Present data-backed supplier recommendations to executives
- Leverage AI-driven procurement tools and spend analysis platforms to shift to proactive planning
Key requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or related field
- 7+ years in supply chain or strategic sourcing
- Experience executing complex RFX (RFP, RFQ, RFI) events
- Strategic contract negotiation and drafting
- Experience managing marketing vendor categories
