In this role you will help design and build cloud-based digital engineering tools for wind turbine development. You will work with cross-functional teams to shape the engineering tool suite and accelerate proposals, simulations, and configuration management. You’ll own full software lifecycle tasks and mentor teammates, driving improvements across the digital thread. This position combines hands-on coding with system-level design in a global, engineering-focused environment.

Responsibilities
- Advance computational modeling and process improvements for wind turbine digital tools
- Collaborate with Product Owners and stakeholders to refine the engineering tool vision and execution
- Investigate and integrate new digital technologies to boost internal tools and efficiency
- Own end-to-end software lifecycle across a global team, including coding, documentation, training, and testing
- Coach and mentor team members in areas of expertise
Key requirements
- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or Engineering or equivalent
- Strong programming experience
- Proven experience in Cloud Computing / AWS
- Familiarity with Agile or other software management methodologies
