In this role you help customers understand and adopt Circle’s blockchain-based payments solutions. You will lead technical discovery, design PoCs and implementation plans, and guide prospects through technical evaluations. You’ll collaborate with product and engineering to shape roadmaps while building lasting customer relationships. Your work blends hands-on technical validation with clear storytelling to connect customer needs with Circle’s technology and future innovation.

Responsibilities

Own technical aspects of prospective client engagements and align with sales
Lead discovery calls to capture requirements and design elements
Explain and demonstrate Circle products to craft tailored solutions
Design technical client solutions and coordinate across teams to close deals
Work with product/design/engineering to prioritize feature requests and verify deployments
Post-sales engagement on technical aspects and partner management
Gather market feedback for internal stakeholders and product roadmaps
Maintain internal knowledge bases on current/future products and Web3 advancements
Consult with stakeholders about Circle products and solutions
Act as subject matter expert on blockchain ecosystems

Key requirements

5+ years in roles such as Solutions Engineer, Pre-Sales, or similar in B2B SaaS
ability to simplify complex topics and structure comprehensive solutions
excellent communication, storytelling, and presentation skills
cross-functional, client-centric mindset
proven track record designing and validating technical solutions for large enterprises
hands-on API testing, database querying, flowcharts, and developer tools
experience with developers on SaaS integrations and implementations
strong interest in blockchain and fintech background
entrepreneurial, fast-paced, cross-functional relationship builder
willingness to travel occasionally
proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and Macbook
