Responsibilities

Gather customer requirements and support solution development
Serve as the technical interface between customers and internal engineering teams
Coordinate prototypes and lead field trials for new products
Develop installation, handling, and testing procedures
Deliver training to customers, design teams, and contractors
Support commercialization activities, including documentation, design tools, and cross-functional coordination

Key requirements

BS in Engineering Related Studies
5+ years of experience in telecommunications, data centers, or related industry
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Ability to distinguish color-coded cabling and optical fiber components
Willingness to travel up to 25% and work outside standard hours as needed
