Responsibilities
- Serve as a technical leader, breaking down complex problems and guiding others
- Drive efficient delivery with a focus on outcomes and data-driven decisions
- Collaborate with leaders across disciplines to plan and deliver product enhancements
- Champion Agile practices and participate in Scrum ceremonies
- Support team culture and mentor engineers through feedback, code reviews, and pairing
Key requirements
- Strong full-stack technical proficiency with experience in cloud-based systems/services
- Advocate of TDD and CI/CD and ability to drive engineering practices across teams
- Technical coaching experience with translating requirements and guiding implementation
- Collaborative, team-first mindset and willingness to contribute across technical discussions
- Mentor mentality and commitment to growing others through various coaching methods
